Acrylic Pouring Technique

Acrylic Pouring is a technique where all colors are added to a cup or container at the same time and then poured together to create an acrylic pouring paint effect. I usually do the dirty cup technique, which is a technique where all colors are added to a cup or container at the same time and then poured together to create an acrylic pouring paint effect.

Acrylic Painting

My acrylic paintings are used on canvas and occasionally canvas paper. Acrylic is a cheaper alternative to oil paint. Although it doesn't have the same texture as oil, it can still look similar to it. Different techniques can be used to give the painting either a watercolor or an oil look

Watercolor Painting

Watercolor is used on watercolor paper, and needs to be put behind glass to protect the paint and to flatten out the paper. In general, watercolor has a more blended look than acrylic or oil paints. The beauty of watercolor is that it looks good as an abstract or a realistic painting. Different techniques can be used to make watercolor either appear luminous on the paper, or opaque.
